Battle House Laser Tag in Wake Forest is hiring a Full Time Customer Experience and Events Team Member.
Every day is different.
You may be helping a birthday party, answering a phone call, checking in customers, working with a company event, helping run laser tag games, organizing employees, or solving a customer problem.
We are looking for someone who:
• Likes working with people
• Is dependable
• Can communicate clearly
• Can stay organized
• Is comfortable taking responsibility
• Can help lead others when needed
• Can work evenings and weekends
• Wants steady full time hours
Management experience is helpful but NOT required.
We are more interested in finding the right person than the perfect resume.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurants, events, recreation, retail, or entertainment can all translate well to this position.
