Overview

We are hiring a Global Associate Director to help shape and deliver exceptional media services for Campari Group’s portfolio of distinctive global brands. Based within Zenith Global’s London team, you’ll connect strategy, delivery and people across markets, turning complex challenges into clear, effective action. You’ll work closely with senior clients, local teams and agency specialists to develop full-funnel media strategies that create meaningful business impact. This is an opportunity to influence global work while building trusted, collaborative partnerships.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

 

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of global media services for Campari, maintaining quality, momentum and alignment across projects.
• Build a strong understanding of the client’s business objectives and translate priorities into clear media actions.
• Develop trusted relationships with central clients and local market teams, enabling proactive and effective collaboration.
• Lead internal and client status meetings, bringing together multiple perspectives and converting discussions into accountable next steps.
• Plan, coordinate and report on UK export-market campaigns, connecting client requirements with input from specialist buying teams.
• Guide markets in applying and optimising global frameworks, while consolidating campaign insights, post-campaign analysis and best practice.
• Support colleagues’ development through thoughtful guidance, clear direction and constructive quality assurance.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

• Experience working across multiple media channels within an agency environment, supporting local, regional or global clients.
• Strong client-partnership skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build credibility with varied stakeholders.
• An organised approach to project management, including balancing priorities while keeping sight of wider objectives.
• An analytical mindset and confidence interpreting data to identify trends, implications and opportunities.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to create engaging presentations and practical frameworks.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with sound judgement when anticipating challenges or escalating issues.
• Experience working with local market teams in a global or regional setting is helpful, but not essential.
