Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves continuous monitoring, diagnosing problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of software applications. You will collaborate with different teams to maintain system stability and contribute to improving overall service quality. Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into application specifications - Analyze, design, test implement, and maintain application systems or web-based applications Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design (include database design), development, implementation, and quality assurance - Good communication, project management, strong anlytical, problem-solving skills Analyst Programmer Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into application - Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain application systems or web-based applications Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in application development, programming, and systems support - Good communication, strong anlytical, problem-solving skills Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
