Job Description
As a Customer Care Specialist you will support pre- and post-sales service to our customers.
You will report to the General Manager in Czech Group and have a hybrid schedule working in Brno, Czech.
Your Responsibilities - You will do:
- Communicate with customers, providing information on price and availability, delivery expectation, ability to expedite orders, delivery tracking
- Sell our electronic repair services and spare parts to end-users, using a web and phone sales
- Provide information about services offerings, resolving misunderstandings and disputes and co-coordinating the contact with management and technical personnel for fulfillment of the customer's needs.
- Support Managers and Technical personnel by providing administrative support.
- To support both internal/external customers in providing excellent customer service
- Priorities/monitor own workload
- Use your initiative, whilst being a team player
- To ensure that deliverables are following the Customers Agreement
- Seek out and participate in development covering both technical skills and personal development
The Essentials - You will have:
- Either fluent Knowledge of Czech or Slovak, Hungarian and English Languages (first option)
- Or fluent knowledge of Hungarian, Romanian and English (second option)
- At least Technical School/ Business Academy finished
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Pro- active attitude
- Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge
- Knowledge of administrative tasks within in a Customer Service environment
- Additionally, is a motivated team player.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Experiences in the Customer Center are advantage
