Job Summary
- Program Daily Operations- Escalations, team support, daily distribution, management of daily operations
- Request Management- Manage requests end to end
- Team Development – train, coach, and develop onboarding team members to work in collaboration with the Director of Operations on performance, attendance, and conduct issues as well as staffing or resourcing needs
- Project Mgmt. – Mgmt. of special projects as assigned/necessary
- Audit & Compliance – ensure compliance with Pinnacle Group policies, contractual requirements, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including process controls and reporting
- Relationship with Key Stakeholders – Procurement, Finance Business Operations, Suppliers
- Customer Service – create a service-focused team culture that delivers an excellent experience to consultants and Pinnacle’s recruiters, account managers, and suppliers
