The compensation range for this job is:

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Assist with maintaining data entry and sorting inquiries within the Human Resources department.
- May process HR-related transactions including new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and separations.
- Monitor HR inboxes and respond to routine employee inquiries.
- Maintain employee personnel files and electronic records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Assist with drafting communications and job descriptions.
- May assist with coordinating meetings, trainings, interviews and/or facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation logistics.
- Processing vendor payments and benefits contributions.
- Sending reports to vendors such as Beacon and Absence Partners
- Maintain recordkeeping and uploading of documents such as Med cards and Driving Records
- Assist with administration of contracts with outside vendors.
- Prepare employment verification letters, personnel correspondence, and HR forms.
- Track completion of employment documents and required training.
- Assist with preparation of employee relations documentation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings related to investigations, accommodations, performance management, and other HR matters.
- Track follow-up actions and documentation deadlines.
- Order and maintain HR office supplies and materials.
- May assist with employee recognition and engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associate degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related field. Equivalent education, experience, and training may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Experience: One year of professional level human resources experience.
Preferred: Experience using Workday HCM.
Computer Skills: Demonstrated proficiencies working with the Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint.
