Pricing Actuary (VP)
For our client, a well-established Reinsurer group, we are currently looking for a senior Pricing Actuary to be based in Zurich.
You will join a collaborative global team of pricing analysts and actuaries tasked with building a complete and consistent view of risk for inwards transactions across the organisation.
You will work closely with underwriting teams to deliver accurate and insightful analysis alongside the development of loss estimates for individual transactions. From analysing large datasets to developing bespoke methodologies responsible for handling a wide range of tasks with precision, expertise, and professionalism. Emphasizing teamwork, continuous learning, and innovation, staying at the forefront of industry best practices to adapt to changing market dynamics.
The VP Actuary is responsible for the evaluation and pricing of opportunities in all lines of business relevant to the Zurich platform, with a strong emphasis on Casualty and Motor lines of business.
The VP Actuary role is based in the Zurich office and will be expected to travel primarily within Europe, with select travel to other offices.
