Description
Job Purpose
Lead the India enforcement team through its build-out as a player-coach: manage and develop the team of Enforcement Coordinators and Enforcement Specialists while continuing to carry hands-on takedown and enforcement work yourself. This is a dual role by design. During the build-out you will spend a significant share of your time delivering alongside the team; as the team scales, the balance shifts toward leadership.

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the India enforcement team (Enforcement Coordinators and Enforcement Specialists), including onboarding, training and day-to-day performance management.
- Carry a personal caseload: manage takedown and removal queues and action enforcement cases end to end, alongside the team.
- Own workload allocation, queue coverage and shift/absence planning across the India team so global enforcement queues are always covered.
- Set and uphold quality standards for takedowns, case records and platform notices; review the team's output and close gaps with coaching and training.
- Monitor team capacity and throughput through the Enforcement portal, and flag resourcing needs to the VP of Enforcement on an ongoing basis.
- Act as first escalation point for complex cases and platform issues, maintaining working-level platform relationships and escalation pathways.
- Build and document repeatable processes, playbooks and training material as the team grows, feeding improvements back to the Solutions and Engineering teams.
- Support hiring for the India team, and coordinate with the Head of APAC and the LatAm and China Enforcement Specialists as the global footprint expands.
Skills & Experience
- Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating a small operational team, ideally in brand protection, trust & safety, content moderation or similar high-volume queue work.
- Hands-on experience working enforcement, takedown or moderation queues, and genuine willingness to keep delivering alongside the team.
- Strong organisational skills: comfortable balancing a personal caseload with team coordination and reporting.
- A process mindset: you document, standardise and improve as you go.
- Clear written communication in English for platform notices, escalations and reporting (additional languages a plus).
- Right to work in India.
