Your mission
The Year 2 Program Lead is accountable for executing the Year 2 fellowship experience, translating program strategy into day-to-day coaching and support for the cohort as fellows leverage Project Scholarship funds for eco-preneurial learning and impact. This role directs the venture coaches dedicated to Year 2, evaluates how program components land against Year 2's entrepreneurial and learning goals, and leads the Fellowship's Project Scholarship execution and reporting from end to end. The Year 2 Program Lead ensures every fellow is coached toward growing and scaling a planet-positive project, and owns the fellow's transition out of the fellowship into the alumni community and, where relevant, into follow-on ecosystem support.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Fellow Coaching Quality

Uphold the coaching standards set by the Director of Program across the Year 2 coaching team throughout the overall beVisioneers learning journey
Conduct performance reviews and professional development as needed
Plan and adjust venture coach capacity as shifts require, including managing in-house and freelance team members
Year 2 Program Execution, Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Execute the Year 2 program strategy, ensuring fellows are set up for long-term project impact beyond the fellowship
Evaluate the program and ensure its coherence and effectiveness against entrepreneurial stages and learning goals specific to Year 2, including updating learning modules, expert sessions and venture coaching offerings, resolving gaps jointly with the Director of Program
Adapt sequencing and delivery within Year 2 to keep the program responsive to cohort progress, coordinating with the Ecosystem Development team on follow-on opportunities for fellows, in-person summits, pods, and local hubs
Report on Year 2 results and KPIs to the Director of Program on a regular cadence, with project scholarship and project KPIs as the primary metric
Track and raise stories on the short- and long-term impact of entrepreneurial fellows for team learning, advising and coordinating with the Communications Department on fellow impact stories
Translate reporting insights into continuous improvement actions for coaching, program delivery, and cohort support
Maintain accurate, timely data on fellow progress to inform program-wide decision-making
Project Scholarship Strategy & Fellow Transition
Ensure the Fellowship's Project Scholarship funds are implemented and deployed as foreseen through Fellow contracts and reporting
Responsible for mid-line and end-line Project Scholarship reporting, including for donor and annual reporting
Cooperate with the Finance Department on Project Scholarship financial allocations and policies
Own fellow communications regarding Year 2 programming
Oversee the successful transition of Year 2 fellows into the alumni community and ecosystem opportunities, as relevant
