About this role:
The People Services Analyst provides operational and analytical support within the HR Operations function, analyzing data from HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), ensuring data accuracy, providing technical expertise and maintaining high operational standards. This role supports complex employee lifecycle and HR data activities to ensure informed decision-making and contribute to the efficiency of HR operations.
Accountabilities:
- Support complex employee lifecycle and HR data changes, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain HR process documentation, including SOPs, operational documentation, knowledge material process governance.
- Conduct data analysis and report on HR data to identify trends, compliance risks, and opportunities for process improvements, providing insights to stakeholders. Support audits, compliance activities, and other business-critical operational requirements.
- Provide technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting of HR systems (Workday, SAP), collaborate within HR operations teams, as well as with HRBPs, CoEs and IT to optimise workflows and user-experience, while maintaining high data quality in the systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process improvements, automation and system enhancements, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation of HRIS updates and enhancements to meet functional needs and support up-to-date data analysis.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Developing knowledge of methodologies, processes, practices, and common issues of the HR Operations function.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of processes and drive continuous improvements, automation and operational efficiency.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday and HR data processes, including reporting and troubleshooting.
- Ability to convey technical and non-technical information clearly to stakeholders across HR and the wider business.
- Experience in providing guidance, training, and knowledge sharing within the team, supporting day-to-day operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Able to work independently under general supervision, including prioritisation and ownership of complex activities.
The role requires flexibility in working hours to support collaboration with both local and U.S.-based teams. Approximately 50% of the working time will be performed during regular local business hours, while the remaining 50% may require a shift of working hours to provide partial overlap with U.S. business hours. The exact working schedule may vary depending on business needs.
