Department Overview

At Motorola Solutions, we create technologies our customers refer to as their lifeline. Our technology platforms in communications, software, video and services help our customers work safely and more efficiently. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented professional to support our Channel Sales team in public and enterprise safety and security.

This is a critical administrative and operational support role within the Channel Business. The Sales Support Specialist / Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of sales processes, maintaining data integrity, and providing essential support to Channel Account Managers and Sales Leads to maximize sales outcomes. This role is a key enabler for supporting aggressive growth aspirations.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Channel Sales team and Channel Account Managers, including handling overflow accounts and general customer inquiries.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, assist with pipeline management, and prepare reports against targets on a monthly basis.

• Manage sales documentation, coordinating with Sales Representatives to ensure all customer requirements are met.

• Update and maintain the automated tracking system, such as CRM, to ensure high data accuracy and efficient sales tracking.

• Assist the sales organization by providing technical and administrative product information to partners and internal stakeholders.

• Interface with the Channel Team and wider cross-functional teams to support country execution alignment and process efficiency.

• Support partner enablement activities by coordinating the distribution of solution materials and sales collateral.

Basic Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales administration, customer support, or similar technical administrative role, preferably within the ICT or Telecommunications sector.

• High proficiency in data entry, reporting, and using sales support systems, including CRM platforms.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• High-energy professional motivated by supporting sales growth and team success.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external liaison.

• Broad understanding of the sales cycle and business practices.
