Full-time 1st Shift Service Center Write-up Desk Clerk & Storeroom Assistant
Pay: $20 - $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00AM - 3:30PM

In this role, you'll help keep jobs moving from the moment they arrive through completion by making sure information is clear, accurate, and our technicians have what they need to do their jobs.

What You'll Do: As our Service Center Write-up Desk Clerk & Storeroom Assistant, you'll speak with customers, write up incoming jobs, enter job information into our system, and assist in the storeroom with daily operations. Additional responsibilities include receiving and distributing parts and materials, assisting technicians with storeroom needs throughout the repair process, performing inventory counts, loading and unloading deliveries, and helping with customer pickups and deliveries. You'll also complete basic warehouse and facility tasks, and follow all required safety procedures.
Who We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license
- Basic customer service skills
- Working knowledge of inventory procedures and basic computer proficiency
- Solid communication skills and legible handwriting
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Ability to independently complete high-quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work occasional overtime as needed
- Preferred - forklift experience
- Preferred - high school diploma or equivalent
