Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) – Part Time
Cedarburg, WI
Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team Part Time in Cedarburg, WI.
This is a great opportunity for an OT looking for flexibility, a supportive therapy team, and meaningful work with patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care
- Provide skilled OT treatments designed to improve function, independence, safety, and quality of life
- Establish measurable, functional goals based on each patient's needs
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in care plan and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Complete timely and accurate evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other required documentation
- Provide education to patients, families, caregivers, and facility staff
- Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to improve patient independence
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license
- NBCOT certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience is a plus
