Your team:
As part of the CFO Western Markets & Switzerland, responsible for the Market Europe Luxembourg, you will join the Regional CFO team at Bank Julius Baer Europe Luxembourg, which plays a key role in acting as sparring partner to the Front office and supporting the regional senior management in performance management to achieve their financial targets.

YOUR CHALLENGE
During the programme, you will:
Create impact on strategic finance related projects and initiatives with direct front office interactions as a full-fledged team member in an international setup (e.g. revenue / profitability initiatives, balance sheet steering, etc.)
Drive strategic finance topics to support the CFO Luxembourg and Regional CFO Western Markets & Switzerland team in achieving the Region’s financial objectives
Act as a sparring partner to the Front in the context of Finance topics, with direct exposure to senior management and key stakeholders across the bank
Enhance Performance Management and Reporting landscape to enable tracking of Julius Baer's long term business strategy execution
Drive legal entity specific initiatives and steering for Bank Julius Baer Europe S.A. Luxembourg
Engage/drive commercial performance of the bank in close collaboration with the legal entity CFO and local senior management
Ensure sound balance sheet management and address liquidity initiatives and diversification
YOUR PROFILE
Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in Finance, Accounting, Economics or comparable field of study (graduation max. 12 months ago)
Initial practical experience Banking / Finance and with analytical and results-oriented mindset
Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
Fluency in English with additional languages being a plus
