We offer a competitive starting salary of €73,600.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise. .

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

• Proven experience in risk and regulatory compliance within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Payments/Fintech) or advisory, legal, or consulting roles.
• In-depth knowledge of European and Irish regulations, including conduct and consumer protection rules, insurance regulation, and payments regulations.
• Experience in delivering complex regulatory advice across a range scenarios, including regulatory transformation, implementation of new regulation, remediation and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements and deliver innovative, constructive solutions.

What type of work will I be doing?

• Providing technical expertise to assist clients in managing regulatory requirements and adapting to evolving expectations.
• Supporting clients at every stage of their regulatory journey, from license applications through to framework design. regulatory transformation and regulatory inspections.
• Advising clients on key regulatory change initiatives and supporting with implementation of new requirements.
• Supporting business development and collaborating closely with senior Risk and Regulatory management.
• Planning and managing projects to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Interpreting and implementing new and existing regulations.
• Delivering tailored regulatory training and mentoring junior team members Functions.
