P372-Digital Operations-Java Developer
Job Description
Java developer responsible for building and Maintaining Java applications. This includes anything between complex groups of back-end services (Monolithic and Cloud based Microservices). Primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Strong commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
Java, SpringBoot, Microservices, Messaging (Kafka/EMS), Unix, SQL, Cloud (Azure)
Optional Skills (Good to have)
AI/ML
Responsibilities:
- Develop Java/Spring Boot based backend applications.
- Design and deploy native cloud applications on cloud preferably Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage).
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, safe releases across environments.
- Work closely with product owner/team members and cross-functional teams to deliver low latency, high reliability solutions.
Primary Skills
- 08-10 yrs years of experience in Java development.
- Sound hands-on experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Messaging (Kafka/EMS)
- Well worse with UNIX & SQL Knowledge
- Good Understanding of Cloud Platform (Preferred – Azure)
Secondary skills
- Ready to work from office (3 days/week)
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in relevant field.
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong Individual Contributor; Can Work Independently without much supervision.
- Should know about AI Tooling for Dev Work
