Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in digital marketing, analytics, and website management while supporting various marketing initiatives.  You’ll work closely with experienced marketing professionals to learn best practices and contribute to data-driven marketing strategies for our laboratory products and OEM campaigns. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Analytics Support:

• Support the tracking and reporting of multi-channel marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Assist in the maintenance of performance dashboards and reports under the guidance of senior members.
• Analyze marketing data to identify emerging trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Support market research efforts and competitive analysis projects.
• Participate in A/B testing initiatives, helping to analyze results and document findings. rates.

Website Support:

• Help maintain website content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and optimal user engagement.
• Monitor key website performance metrics and provide regular status updates to the marketing team.
• Coordinate with team members to implement website updates and content changes.
• Utilize platforms such as GA4, HubSpot, and SEMRush to track site health and traffic performance.
• Assist in Identifying opportunities to enhance and improve the user experience. navigation.

Marketing Operations & Project Support

• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate internal communication and maintain detailed project documentation and timelines.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, and content marketing).
• Upload sales enablement documents, photos, and files to the appropriate online tools.
• Support marketing leadership with daily operational tasks and special projects as required.

Qualifications

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professional polish.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a strong desire to master new marketing technologies.
• Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: A proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, collaborative corporate culture.

Education/Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. (Recent graduates or students in their final semester are encouraged to apply).
• Experience: experience in a professional marketing environment. Relevant internships, university projects, or marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are highly valued.
