We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Warehouse Solutions Analyst to support the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of our warehouse systems and processes.
You will play an important role in new warehouse and customer implementations, system configuration, operational onboarding, testing and go-live support. Working closely with Warehouse Operations, Process Management, IT and external technology providers, you will help turn operational requirements into practical system and process solutions.
Alongside project activity, you will provide day-to-day support for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other operational platforms, investigating issues, progressing support tickets and helping warehouse teams use systems and processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new warehouse and customer implementations.
- Help configure, test and support warehouse systems.
- Provide day-to-day WMS support and resolve system issues.
- Manage support tickets and work with IT to find solutions.
- Create and update process documentation and user guides.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Support testing, training and system rollouts.
- Work closely with warehouse, IT and external partners.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential:
- Warehouse, logistics or supply chain experience.
- Experience using warehouse systems (WMS) or similar software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work with different teams.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
Desirable:
- Experience with system implementations or testing.
- Knowledge of warehouse technology.
- Experience creating process documentation.
