You will play an important role in new warehouse and customer implementations, system configuration, operational onboarding, testing and go-live support. Working closely with Warehouse Operations, Process Management, IT and external technology providers, you will help turn operational requirements into practical system and process solutions.

Alongside project activity, you will provide day-to-day support for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other operational platforms, investigating issues, progressing support tickets and helping warehouse teams use systems and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and onboarding of new warehouses, customers, sites and operational processes.
  • Work with operational teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system and process solutions.
  • Assist with WMS configuration, testing, training, go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including identifying defects and helping progress them through to resolution.
  • Provide day-to-day support for the WMS and other key warehouse platforms.
  • Investigate system and process issues, manage support tickets and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Work with IT teams, software providers and external vendors to resolve more complex technical issues.
  • Help create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, process maps, system documentation and user guides.
  • Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve system usability, data quality and warehouse performance.
  • Communicate system changes and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Support workshops, requirements sessions, testing activity and implementation meetings.
  • Ensure system and process changes are properly tested, documented and communicated.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required

Essential
  • Experience within a warehouse, logistics, supply chain, systems or operational environment.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse processes and operations.
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System or similar operational platform.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, onboarding or operational change.
  • Confidence investigating system and process issues and managing support requests.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to translate operational requirements into practical system and process solutions.
  • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with operational and technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to travel to other warehouse locations when required.
Desirable
  • Experience with WMS configuration.
  • Knowledge of warehouse technology, automation or system integrations.
  • Experience supporting system testing and UAT.
  • Experience creating SOPs, process maps, user guides or other operational documentation.
  • Experience using ticketing or service-management systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement or business analysis methods.
  • Experience supporting multiple warehouse sites or customer implementations.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL or Power BI.
What We’re Looking For:

You will be approachable, organised and comfortable working across both warehouse and technical environments. You will take ownership of issues, keep colleagues informed and maintain a positive, practical approach when managing competing priorities.
