Description
8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in business-to-business software as a service (B2B SaaS) or enterprise technology. Deep experience in Marketing Planning, Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Marketing Measurement, Attribution, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of how Marketing activity translates into engagement, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue. Strong understanding of marketing technology, data, integrations, campaign taxonomy, metadata, and measurement architecture. Experience transforming manual or fragmented business processes into automated, scalable enterprise products. Hands-on experience with at least one major marketing automation platform, such as Eloqua, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ability to translate complex business processes and analytical requirements into scalable product capabilities. Experience leading product discovery, prioritization, user story development, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Ability to define success metrics and use data to improve product and business outcomes. Strong cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, and stakeholder alignment skills. Experience with Adobe Workfront or a similar Marketing Planning or workflow platform. Experience defining integrations across a broader marketing technology ecosystem. Experience with campaign development workflows, marketing performance management, or enterprise attribution. Experience identifying opportunities for AI agents to automate planning, analyze performance, recommend investments, or surface optimization opportunities. Experience applying industry best practices in Marketing Planning, Marketing Operations, campaign measurement, attribution, or Marketing Performance Management.
