About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor domestic and international transportation activities.
- Plan transport schedules with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
- Track shipments and ensure timely collection and delivery.
- Resolve transportation delays, delivery discrepancies, and other operational issues.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to coordinate dispatch and arrival schedules.
- Maintain accurate transportation data, shipment records, and documentation.
- Monitor carrier performance and prepare operational reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency and service quality.
- Communicate regularly with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and business partners.
Your profile
- Experience in transportation operations, freight forwarding, or logistics.
- A qualification in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in Mandarin and a good command of English are essential. German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and a structured, reliable approach to work.
- A practical approach to solving problems and managing changing priorities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with transportation management systems is a plus.
