The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and providing information about flight schedules and airport facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle check-in processes, including ticketing and boarding passes.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and airport services.
- Address and resolve passenger inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist with baggage handling, ensuring proper tagging and delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and other airport staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay informed about airline policies and procedures to assist passengers effectively.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is advantageous.
