Overview

 

 

 

Your role

 

·       Develop and maintain Structural and Architectural BIM models using Revit in accordance with project requirements and company standards.

·       Prepare detailed Structural and Architectural drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, schedules, and construction documentation.

·       Produce and update 2D CAD drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings as required.

·       Create and modify Revit families and drafting components to support project delivery.

·       Coordinate Structural and Architectural models with other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes and design inconsistencies.

·       Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and quality requirements.

·       Extract and prepare drawings, schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models.

·       Incorporate design revisions, site feedback, and engineer comments into models and drawings.

·       Support BIM Coordinators and Engineers in model development, coordination, and project deliverables.

·       Conduct model and drawing QA/QC checks prior to submission.

·       Maintain organized project files and documentation within the Common Data Environment (CDE).

·       Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving drafting and modelling issues.

·       Support the preparation of as-built models and final project documentation. 

·       Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

·       Experience with international design consultants/contractors and multidisciplinary design environments.

·       Knowledge of AutoCAD, Dynamo, ACC/BIM 360, and IFC workflows.

·       Familiarity with international BIM standards (ISO 19650).

·       Experience supporting projects through detailed design and construction stages up to As Built drawings (contractor experience).

·       Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively within a BIM team.

 

About you

 

Education & Experience

·       Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering(Structural/Architectural).

·       5+ years of experience in the AEC industry, including 3+ years in the Middle East.

·       Minimum 3 years of BIM Structural & Architectural modelling and drafting.

Key Skills

·       Strong understanding of Structural & Architectural disciplines and deliverables.

·       Proficient in Revit/CAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Tekla ,SAP2000 & ETAP are a plus.

·       Strong Revit/CAD skills, including modelling, family creation/Blocks, content management, and model QA/QC.

·       Strong Experience Concrete & Steel modelling.

·       Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

·       Knowledge of Saudi Building Code is preferred
