Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own all pre-launch and in-flight coordination for LilyPad projects.
- Schedule and dispatch contractors and subcontractors for site walks and surveys.
- Confirm all documents needed for each project, including electrical, structural, and civil drawings, permits, and other required materials; develop and maintain a checklist for each project.
- Collect and validate customer-provided documents such as utility bills, site plans, photos, and related requirements.
- Coordinate permitting timelines with electrical contractors and customers.
- Manage internal kick-off meetings and create, maintain, and share project timelines.
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers regarding schedule changes, delays, and questions during the installation phase.
- Chase internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, field operations) to keep projects on schedule.
- Identify and flag at-risk projects early and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in construction, electrical, or infrastructure-related projects.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to proactively identify risks and drive resolution across stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with documentation, checklists, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with permitting processes and contractor coordination.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and field operations teams.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
