For upcoming and active projects, we are looking for experienced **Senior DevOps / Platform Engineers** who can help build, automate, monitor, and scale reliable infrastructure for critical digital platforms, payment systems, enterprise applications, and high-traffic customer-facing services.

_**About the Role**

As a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving cloud, on-premise, and hybrid infrastructure environments. You will work closely with software engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams to improve deployment processes, system reliability, observability, automation, and operational excellence.

_This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring systems, and scalable production environments._

## Tasks

• **CI/CD & Deployments:** Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• **Infrastructure Management:** Build and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments.
• **Orchestration & IaC:** Manage Kubernetes-based platforms, containerized workloads, and improve infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• **Observability:** Implement and enhance logging, monitoring, alerting, and general observability practices across all platforms.
• **Reliability & Performance:** Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, improve platform reliability, and contribute to availability and operational improvement initiatives.
• **Collaboration:** Partner with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to support scalable application deployments, ensure compliant platform operations, and assist in incident response and root cause analysis.

## Requirements

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or related fields.
• **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or similar role.
• **Containers:** Strong hands-on experience with **Kubernetes** and containerized environments.
• **CI/CD Stack:** Experience with tools such as **ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions**, or similar.
• **Infrastructure as Code:** Experience with IaC tools such as **Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible**, or similar.
• **Cloud & OS:** Knowledge of cloud platforms (**Azure, AWS, or GCP**), alongside a good understanding of Linux systems, networking, HTTP, TLS, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• **Data & Messaging:** Familiarity with relational databases and messaging systems (**PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Kafka, or RabbitMQ**).
• **Skills & Language:** Strong problem-solving, ownership, communication, and collaboration skills with a good command of English.

Experience in fintech, banking, payment systems, retail technology, telecom, or high-traffic digital platforms.

• Experience with both cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and infrastructure hardening practices.
• Experience with **Java, Node.js**, or microservice-based architectures.
• Familiarity with SRE practices, SLIs/SLOs, incident management, and capacity planning.
