Job Summary

Our client, a National top brokerage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Placement Account Executive Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts, with a focus on construction contractors, property, and real estate. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in new and renewal marketing, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This individual needs to be experience in handling middle - large Real Estate or Construction accounts.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $15,000 annually, based on experience.
• 401(k): Company match

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of business with $250,000 - $1MM in premium
• Handle all aspects of new and renewal marketing for mid-to-large accounts.
• Collaborate with producers and assistants to ensure seamless account management.
• Provide exceptional service to clients in the construction, property, and real estate sectors.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with the team to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Must have experience working with construction and real estate accounts.
  • Familiarity with mid-to-large accounts is essential.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software preferred.
• Work Style:
