🔴 Territory Sales Manager – Premium Equipment Solutions (Northern Mid-Atlantic)

We are working a confidential search for an employee-owned manufacturer with deep Midwest roots and a brand known across Ag, Construction, Fuel Distribution, and Transportation for one thing: uncompromising quality.
This is an "entrepreneurial sales role" for someone who already thinks like an owner... runs things autonomously and can manage a large Territory.
What You'll Own
♦️ Recruiting and developing new dealers, with a sharp focus on the Industrial segment
♦️ Growing and protecting existing dealer relationships across your territory
♦️ Leading business and marketing planning with your dealer partners
♦️ Training dealer sales teams and running product demos for end users
♦️ Owning your territory's forecast, competitive intel, and monthly/annual analysis
♦️ Representing the brand at national and regional trade shows and dealer events
What Winning Looks Like
♦️ 5+ years of outside B2B territory sales, ideally in Ag., OPE or Construction machinery
♦️ Real experience building a dealer network, not just managing one that already existed
♦️ Negotiation instincts sharp enough to close on finance terms, not just price
♦️ Comfortable being on the road up to 75% of the time... because that's where the relationships get built
♦️ CDL endorsement a plus
♦️ You bring emotional intelligence, speed, and look for improvement everywhere you go.
