• Master the features and pricing system of all company products as well as competitor information, collect and summarize terminal market data on a regular basis.
• Implement sales strategies, develop and maintain clients of offline stores, supermarkets and other retail channels, and meet individual sales KPIs.
• Manage the full business process including order placement, account reconciliation and after-sales service, track order fulfillment and delivery, and ensure closed-loop operation.
• Maintain daily connections with store shopping guides, purchasers and management staff, and respond to customer inquiries and reasonable requests in a timely manner.
• Compile daily and weekly sales data and customer files, and complete sales reports and visit records as required.
Undertake other ad-hoc retail-related tasks assigned by management.
