About the Role

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications with a focus on Generative AI. Integrate AI models, platforms, and engineering practices to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business strategies

1.       Design & Develop AI Solutions:

o    Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-driven applications to solve business problems.

o    Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution architectures.

2.       Model Development & Optimization:

o    Build, train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning / deep learning / GenAI models.

o    Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference efficiency for production use.

3.       AI Application Integration:

o    Integrate AI models into enterprise systems via APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms.

Ensure seamless interaction between AI components and existing applications

4.       GenAI & LLM Implementation:

o    Develop and implement GenAI solutions such as chatbots, copilots, summarization, and intelligent automation tools.

o    Apply prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques.

5.       Data Pipeline & Feature Engineering:

o    Collaborate with data engineering teams to build reliable data pipelines.

o    Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset validation.

6.       Technical Leadership:

o    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

o    Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

7.       Cloud & MLOps Enablement:

o    Leverage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI solution deployment.
