Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Configure and administer SAP SuccessFactors modules (Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation), define system architecture/design, and own end-to-end system lifecycle
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs, implement and configure HR solutions, and manage solution delivery
• Implement AI-driven use cases within SuccessFactors, leverage platform capabilities to enhance user experience, and drive digital HR innovation
• Produce technical documentation and system guides, and develop targeted, system-focused training to enable users and support teams
• Govern HR data quality and compliance with GDPR/data protection, maintain system controls and audit readiness, and deliver accurate reporting and data validation
• Plan and execute release activities (testing, deployment, validation), manage upgrades and feature adoption, and oversee change and transport management
• Identify and implement automation opportunities, optimize processes using platform capabilities, and configure workflows to improve efficiency

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR/HRIS, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a SuccessFactors module or platform owner taking ownership on system improvements, release management, enablement of end users, ensuring compliance and system governance
• SAP SuccessFactors expertise (mandatory): hands-on configuration and administration of LMS, Performance Management, Succession, and Compensation
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors configurations and system solutions
• Practical AI experience: setting up AI agents/automations and integrating AI into SuccessFactors workflows, continually identifying opportunities for automation and optimization
• Strong stakeholder management within HR and IT and governance, alongside strong analytical and customer centric mindset
• Drive small sized projects and initiatives within your area of responsibility across cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
