The Strategy Director is responsible for delivering market leading strategies for our portfolio of global clients as well as contributing to new business pitches.

Mission & Responsibilities

Strategy across international clients

• Partner with client teams to drive best business outcomes and effective, innovative media plans
• Oversee a group of global strategists and insights specialists
• Provide support to local markets on global clients

New Business

• Actively contribute to drive growth, both organic and new business
• Champion the global strategic planning process within the new business process
• Suggest strategy based on solid insight in new business pitches
• Nurture colleagues in strategy roles within local markets to guide successful global pitch assignments

Previous Experience & Industry Background

• 15+ years professional experience in strategic planning
• Media, Brand, Consultancy

Qualifications & Languages:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising
• Languages: English (Fluent)
