Are you a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser looking for a self-employed role with real earning potential, without the stress of building a client bank from zero?

 

We're recruiting on behalf of a long-established, whole-of-market mortgage brokerage with a strong reputation across the West Midlands. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced

Self Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser to cover a high volume of warm, pre-qualified leads across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

 

This isn't a cold-start, self generating role, genuine leads ready to go

Experience Required:

 

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified, with proven mortgage advice experience
• Comfortable working self-employed
• A strong track record in mortgage and protection advice
• Excellent client care, compliance awareness, and case-management skills
• Self-motivated, target driven, and ready to convert warm leads into completions
• Based in or able to comfortably cover Birmingham and surrounding West Midlands areas
