Maintain assets and operational standards: Ensure compliance with strict data security protocols, maintain accurate inventories of high-volume scanning equipment, and coordinate proactive maintenance and calibration to prevent downtime and preserve image quality.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
2 years of Leadership experience in high-volume document scanning, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or Document Management System (DMS) environments.
2–3 years Strong technical knowledge of scanning software and batch class configuration (direct experience with Sherpa is highly preferred) alongside general IT/EDV skills, including file transfer protocols, basic networking, and metadata formatting (XML/CSV).
Hands-on expertise in operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting production-level hardware (e.g., Kodak, Opex, Rowe scanners).
Proven fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) to effectively train staff, document technical procedures, and communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
