Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for building high-performing distribution networks?

We are looking for a Regional Distribution Manager (MEAI) to drive growth across the Coatings & Construction market, managing strategic partners and expanding our polymer business in a dynamic, fast-growing region.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the MEAI distribution strategy
• Lead and grow a network of Strategic Distribution Partners
• Drive sales growth, margin improvement & specialty product penetration
• Own contract management, negotiations & partner KPIs
• Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews & long-term partner planning (3–5 years)
• Collaborate closely with direct sales, technical, and supply chain teams
• Drive complexity reduction & operational efficiency initiatives

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years experience in polymers, chemicals, or related industries
• Strong background in Coatings and/or Construction markets
• Proven success in distribution or commercial leadership roles
• Experience working across MEAI region
• Strong skills in negotiation, strategy, and partner management
• Ability to thrive in an international, matrix organization
