What success looks like in this role:
We are looking for a System Administrator to join our growing global support team, providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for cross-platform applications and systems. In this role, you will work closely with clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality support across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for applications and system-related issues.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported incidents in a timely manner.
Gather and analyze information to accurately diagnose issues and identify root causes.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular updates on issue status and resolution.
Collaborate with global support teams to ensure efficient service delivery across regions.
Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in accordance with established processes.
Participate in a 24x7 shift rotation and provide on-call support as required.
Continuously develop technical knowledge and contribute to team success through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Basic understanding of operating systems, application support, and database concepts.
Interest in or experience with Level 1 and Level 2 technical support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers across global locations.
Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to ask effective questions and gather relevant information.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude, sense of ownership, and commitment to delivering results.
Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
Fluent English and Hungarian language skills are required; additional European language skills are an advantage.
Knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies and database concepts is considered a plus.
Flexibility to work in a 24x7 shift-based environment and participate in an on-call rotation.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
