Position: Appointments Coordinator
Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00/HR DOE
Location: North Auburn Care, 2830 I St NE, Auburn, WA 98002

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule resident appointments with outside physicians, dentists, and therapists
- Confirm appointment dates and times with medical offices and resident families
- Notify nursing staff and physicians of upcoming internal or external visits
- Update electronic health records (EHR) with appointment results and notes
- Answer phone inquiries from families, providers, and care teams
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English
- Previous experience working in a LTC setting preferred
