One sentence description of role
Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of healthcare interoperability solutions, partnering with customers to successfully integrate clinical systems and drive complex implementation projects across Latin America.
Your role:
Lead the technical delivery of healthcare interoperability projects, from solution architecture and technical design through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and post-production support.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, biomedical engineers, clinical stakeholders, and third-party vendors to translate clinical workflows into scalable integration solutions.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Philips IntelliBridge Enterprise (IBE), Rhapsody (or equivalent), HL7, DICOM, SQL-based integrations, and Windows Server environments.
Own technical project execution, including architecture documentation, UAT, cutover planning, hypercare, L2 support, technical governance, and customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Support presales activities by providing technical expertise during solution design, proof of concepts, feasibility assessments, and customer presentations.
Mentor junior consultants, contribute to delivery best practices, and help standardize reusable implementation assets and documentation.

You're the right fit if:
8+ years delivering healthcare interoperability or Healthcare IT solutions with customer-facing implementation experience, including UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-live support.
Strong hands-on experience with Philips IntelliBridge Enterprise (IBE) or equivalent interoperability platforms, Rhapsody (or similar interface engines), HL7, DICOM, SQL, Windows Server, cloud environments, and technical troubleshooting.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's Degree is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese. Experience with Agile/SAFe, ITIL, cybersecurity, I2M architecture, or PDLM integrations is considered an advantage.
