About the role
In this critical presales role, you will craft competitive solutions that address our customers' pressing needs, delivering results that resonate and stand out in the marketplace by balancing innovation with operational excellence. • Develop competitive solutions within the presales framework that align with customer requirements and business objectives. • Ensure comprehensive solution design encompassing operational and technical aspects drawing on both standard and bespoke services. • Create detailed proposals, including architectural diagrams, cost analyses, and implementation plans that serve as effective roadmaps for clients. • Document all proposed solutions thoroughly, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders. • Deliver solutions on time and right the first time to drive the success of the sales cycle, being pivotal in bid pursuits. • Conduct SLA analyses and assess the financial implications of solutions to ensure competitiveness. • Collaborate closely with partners to leverage their expertise and co-create transformative solutions. • Contribute to end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery that meets customer's defined requirements and compelling events.
About you
You are a solutions-driven architect with a strong technical background, boasting over 10 years of experience in the ICT industry, specifically in presales roles within multinational technology firms, OEMs, or telecom providers. With exceptional communication skills in English and a relentless pursuit of knowledge in industry trends and emerging technologies, you are exceptionally capable of driving collaborative success in cross-functional teams.Your professional skills:• You possess a strong technical background with a proven record in presales roles in technology multinationals and/or telecom providers.• Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling effective interactions in English between clients and internal teams.• You actively stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.• Your analytical skills are honed, allowing you to make informed decision-making in solution design and implementation.• You possess a proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks under time constraints while ensuring quality delivery.Your soft skills:• You are capable of functioning independently while also fostering collaboration as a team player.• Your customer-centric thinking enables you to tailor solutions that genuinely address client needs and challenges.• You demonstrate remarkable business acumen, understanding the financial elements that contribute to solution viability.• You exhibit adaptability and resilience, thriving in high-pressure environments and embracing challenges.• You bring a proactive mindset, always seeking to enhance your skills and knowledge through continuous learning.
