Description
Key Responsibilities
- Set architecture standards and make build-vs-configure trade-offs the delivery team executes against
- Act as technical escalation point for integration, performance and platform limitation risks
- Review and approve technical designs and integration approaches.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to the delivery team.
- Ensure alignment with Government policies, security requirements and technology standards.
- Support solutioning for new capabilities, integrations and strategic enhancements.
Essential Skill Sets:
- 5 + years leading teams on OutSystems Platform
- 7 + years OutSystems development experience
- OutSystems certification (Web Developer Specialist or higher)
- Experience in agile-scrum methodology and end-to-end project lifecycle
- Experience building government or public sector digital products
Desirable Experience
- Experience in GovTech tech stack
- Experience in OutSystems-based delivery
- Experience in handling legacy tech systems
