Real Estate Manager

The main business activity of the company consists in long-term investments, in particular, in trading stocks, mutual funds, futures, options and other financial instruments; developing its own trading models and using technical analysis to profit from temporary distortions in price ratios caused by market events and changes in investor preferences.

We are looking for an experienced expert who would like to join the Family office investment team.

Position: Real Estate Manager (Real Estate Manager)

Place of work: Cyprus, Paphos

Type of employment: Full-time, office work

Salary: by agreement

What you have to do:

Management of the company's real estate portfolio (about 50 properties).
Conducting an analysis of the real estate market to identify new investment opportunities, speaking at invest. committees.
Negotiating with tenants, buyers and sellers.
Organization and control of the real estate purchase and sale process.
Preparation of reports on the status of the real estate portfolio and financial indicators.
Collaborate with legal, financial, and construction teams to ensure effective project management.
Leasing existing commercial premises.
Studing rental opportunities.
What we expect:

Higher education, preferably technical/engineering/construction.
Experience and skills in construction technology and finishing processes.
Work experience in the field of real estate management in international markets of 3 years or more is REQUIRED.
Knowledge of the real estate market and current trends.
Native Russian.
Spoken English.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
