📢 We’re Hiring: Academic Counselors Brillianz Education👨‍💻 Position: Academic Counselors (1-2 Year Experience)📍 Location: United Arab Emirates ⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred💰 Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 5,000 + Attractive Commission💼 Job Responsibilities:1. Student Counseling & Admission AssistanceProvide professional counseling to students and working professionals on courses, universities, and admission requirements. Evaluate students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable options. Guide students through the complete admission process—including application, documentation, and fee collection. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indian and international education systems.2. Application & Documentation Management Review and verify all student documents before submitting them to the administrator. Liaise with university coordinators to track application progress and resolve issues promptly. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all student files and CRM entries.3. Mentorship & Team Support Support and guide junior counselors in handling student inquiries and cases. Conduct training sessions to improve the team’s knowledge and counseling quality. Assist the Team Leader in monitoring team performance and achieving counseling targets.4. Reporting & Target Achievement Meet or exceed individual counseling and enrollment targets. Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries, applications, and admissions. Provide feedback and insights on student trends and market demands to management.✅ Qualifications & Experience:* Bachelor’s degree/Master's Preferred in Education, Psychology, or related fields.* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student counseling or educational consultancy.* Strong knowledge of universities, admissions procedures, and customer interaction.* Prior experience handling student cases independently with high conversion successAt Brillianz Education, we don’t just offer jobs — we build careers.Join a team that celebrates innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
