In this position, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation that supports our services and enhances the user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain user guides, manuals, and documentation for various services offered by Marion Counseling Services.Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.Translate complex concepts into clear and concise language suitable for diverse audiences.Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, consistency, and quality.Implement feedback from users to continuously improve documentation.RequirementsProven experience as a technical writer or in a similar role.Excellent written communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with documentation tools and content management systems.Strong research skills and the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.Nice to haveExperience in the healthcare or counselling field.Knowledge of user experience design principles.Proficiency in graphic design tools to enhance documentation.
