Role: Accounts Senior
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: Up to £42,000 (Dependant on Experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and growing accountancy practice in Huddersfield with a strong reputation for delivering high quality services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

The firm offers a supportive and collaborative working environment and is looking for a fully qualified accountant (or QBE) who can step straight into a senior role and take ownership of client accounts from day one.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Senior job include:

• Preparation of year end accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
• Preparation and review of corporation tax and personal tax returns
• Managing day to day client relationships as the main point of contact
• Liaising with clients to provide clear, practical advice
• Supporting and reviewing work for junior team members
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and to agreed deadlines

Requirements of the Accounts Senior job include:

• ACA, ACCA or qualified by experience (QBE) 
• Proven experience in UK accountancy practice preparing accounts and tax returns
• Confident managing clients and taking ownership of work
• Positive, proactive and professional approach
