Description
We’re on the lookout for an Employer Branding & Communication Specialist to join our HR team and help us share Y Soft’s story – both inside and outside the company.
We want someone who can make sure our culture and brand shine everywhere – from career fairs to intranet updates. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we’re seen, keeping internal comms fresh, and making sure our events leave a mark.
This is a part-time role (20 hours a week) with a flexible schedule, covering a maternity leave.
WHAT YOU´LL DO:
Employer Branding & Events:
- Bring ideas to life that strengthen Y Soft’s employer brand
- Plan our presence at career fairs, conferences, and university events
- Organize internal events – from budget to balloons
- Keep promotional materials and visuals sharp and up to date
Internal Communications:
- Manage and develop internal channels like our intranet, newsletters and MS Teams updates
- Write in a way that makes people want to read to the end
- Help colleagues share their stories in an impactful way
Website & Social Media Content (occasionally):
- Help keep our career pages inviting and relevant
- Contribute to posts for Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn (optional, but fun if you´re curious)
- Set up, run and optimize PPC campaigns to promote our open positions and employer brand
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for communications, employer branding, or marketing
- Creativity and a knack for turning ideas into engaging content
- Bonus points for copywriting and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with Canva (or other design tools) and CMS is a plus
- Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns is a plus
- Czech language at native level and English proficiency (B2/C1)
- A driving license is an advantage
Got something you’re proud of? Send it our way! Whether it’s a campaign you ran, an article or post you wrote, an event you organized, or visuals you created, attach it to your application or share a link. We’d love to see your work in action.
WE OFFER:
- Part-time equivalent to 30 days of vacation + 3 sick days
- Extra days for education and self-development (Grow Days)
- Hybrid working environment with a flexible schedule (combination of home & office work)
- Cross-team collaboration with opportunities to learn and grow
- Reward system for public speaking
- Home office and Meal allowances
- Daily refreshments in the office + community breakfasts, free 3D print
- Dog-friendly and bike-friendly offices
If you’re someone who likes to mix planning with creativity, can keep projects on track, and enjoys making communication both clear and engaging, we’d love to meet you.
