YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
THE WHAT
You make Blackwave visible as an employer. You develop content for social media and employer branding, support recruiting and events, and keep our People & Culture activities running reliably.
THE WHY
To end COPV failure in spaceflight. The right people on board are crucial for this. You show who we are, what we are working on, and why Blackwave is an attractive employer.
YOUR IMPACT
You don't just create content. You make Blackwave visible while supporting a professional candidate experience.
You ensure:
- Employer branding content is regularly planned and published
- Job postings are up to date, accurate, and authentic
- People & Culture marketing events are professionally prepared and followed up
- Requests via the careers inbox are handled quickly and reliably
- Application data and documents are handled carefully and in compliance with data protection requirements
- Content and campaigns are tested and continuously improved
Create a content plan together with People & Culture and Marketing and ensure regular publication.

Create and maintain job postings on recruiting platforms – accurately, attractively, and authentically.

Support Meta campaigns, target groups, creatives, budget tracking, and performance analysis.

Support trade fairs, Formula Student, Blackouts, and other recruiting events – from planning and materials to follow-up.
→ Togetherness: Build it together.
Manage the careers inbox, support with administrative tasks, and ensure that application data and documents are handled in a structured and confidential manner.
→ Accountability: Be reliable. Handle with care.
Develop new content formats and ways to make Blackwave visible and attractive as an employer.

YOUR PROFILE
Must-Haves
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program and available for at least 16 hours per week
- First experience with social media, content creation, or employer branding
- Good Canva skills and a strong sense for design, formats, and target audiences
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Creative, structured, and reliable way of working, with a careful approach to confidential data
- Willingness to work on-site and support events
Nice to have
- First experience with Meta Ads, recruiting, People & Culture, or HR marketing
- Experience with events, university initiatives, clubs, or marketing projects
