Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Focus on the future: Create visualizations and sketches that distill key messages from complex ideas • Reliable work: Support teams in turning concepts into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)and prioritize effectively • Take responsibility: Use common graphic design and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) to produce high-quality visuals • Identify needs: Collaborate in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban) and apply Design Thinking principles • Shape the future: Understand and adapt to workflows involving Customer Co-creation and iterative development • Keep up to date: Communicate ideas clearly through visual and written formats • Expand your horizons: Explore technologies and tools that can improve visualization and workflow efficiency • Lifelong learning: Bring inspiration from diverse fields to foster creativity in the team Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Study Field: Enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Architecture, Design, Media, or related fields • Skills: Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to abstract and simplify complex ideas; technical affinity or willingness to learn about new technologies that support workflow improvement • Experience: Proficiency in graphic design tools and a good sense of aesthetics (portfolio required) • Interests: Interest in Agile methodologies and innovation frameworks • Way of working: Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in cross-functional teams; curiosity and broad interests to draw inspiration for creative work • Language skills: Professional level of written and spoken English; German is a plus Please attach the following documents to your application: • CV in English • Certificate of enrollment at university • Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) • High school report Important information: • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week. • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave.
