We are looking for a commercially driven professional to help expand our presence across Western Romania, developing new business opportunities and building long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of customers through active prospecting, networking and business development activities.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for Aggreko's power generation, temperature control and energy solutions across multiple industries.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand operational challenges and identify business opportunities.
- Develop tailored technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Present solutions and negotiate commercial agreements with customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract signature.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering and Service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve or exceed sales, revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:
Essential
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Proven success in prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at operational, technical and management levels.
- Professional level of English and Romanian.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Preferred
- Experience selling industrial services, technical solutions, industrial equipment, energy, HVAC, power generation or related products.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of industrial customers and operational environments.
