Job Description
- Assemble customer meals and snacks, including late orders, according to portion standards.
- Deliver meals and snacks and provide courteous meal service.
- Collect soiled trays, crockery, and utensils after each meal service.
- Conduct meal accuracy checks.
- Facilitate customer menu selections.
- Participate in in-house catering and special event setup.
- Wash, sanitize, and store utensils, containers, and crockery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment, and service counters per food safety and Infection Control standards.
- Replenish supplies and verify stock levels as directed.
- Receive, label, and arrange food items and supplies in storage areas.
- Report equipment malfunction, safety concerns, or food quality issues promptly.
- Provide courteous and responsive service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
- Record meal service data and simple operational documentation.
- Comply with Halal, food hygiene, and hospital safety standards in all tasks.
- Operate meal distribution equipment, and cleaning tools safely.
- Follow shift-closing procedures, including area cleaning, waste segregation, and equipment shutdown.
Job Requirement
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualifications.
