We are seeking an experienced Group Manager, Organisational Development, Change & Communications to join our People & Culture Leadership Team.
About the Role
This is more than a traditional Organisational Development position.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead the enterprise strategy across organisational development, leadership capability, employee engagement, change management and internal communications. Leading a small team of specialists, you will work closely with the Executive Team and senior leaders to translate business priorities into practical, measurable initiatives that strengthen culture, build capability and support organisational performance.
As IDX continues to evolve and grow, this role will play a critical part in helping shape the employee experience, embed organisational capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness and support enterprise-wide change. This is a rare opportunity to influence both strategy and execution at a whole-of-business level.
This highly visible leadership role offers the opportunity to influence culture and transformation across a growing ASX-listed healthcare organisation while helping shape the experience of employees across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Leading enterprise culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives.
- Building leadership capability, talent development and succession frameworks.
- Driving organisational change, transformation and strategic business initiatives.
- Shaping internal communications and executive messaging across the organisation.
- Championing diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and governance.
- Providing strategic advice and insights to the wider business and Senior Leadership team.
About You
- Significant experience leading Organisational Development, Change and/or Internal Communications functions within a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams.
- Proven ability to influence organisational culture and deliver enterprise-wide change.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance people outcomes and business priorities.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.
