AMSG is seeking a highly qualified Senior Financial Analyst to provide comprehensive financial management operations in support of the U.S. Marine Corps Program Manager, Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2) Office. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of PM MAGTF C2 financial management operations, including Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities.
- Monitor and analyze daily and weekly financial execution, prepare execution reports, and assess impacts of funding changes.
- Develop and process Funding Action Requests (FARs) and support funding execution activities using Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and other Government financial systems.
- Track budget execution, funding allocations, and spending performance to ensure compliance with budget plans and OSD execution benchmarks.
- Conduct financial, budget, cost, variance, cost-benefit, trade-off, and funding shortfall analyses to support Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development, resource planning, and investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models, spend plans, budget forecasts, and management reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support Government decision-making.
- Prepare audit, ad hoc, and Request for Information (RFI) reports; reconcile dormant and abnormal accounts; and support audit readiness, financial accountability, and Capital Asset Cost Form (CACF) requirements.
- Maintain and utilize Government financial systems and repositories, including DAI, Cerberus, PIEE, and SharePoint.
- Analyze fiscal year startup and closeout activities and provide recommendations to improve financial execution, reporting accuracy, and budget performance.
- Support financial reporting, budget formulation, funds tracking, and resource management activities across the PM MAGTF C2 portfolio.
- Prior hands-on experience with Government financial systems preferred.
